Booking is available for our next Practitioner Forum on the 15 December 2022 between 13:00-15:30 at 10 Woodcock Street Birmingham.
This face-to-face session hosted by the Birmingham Safeguarding Adults Board (BSAB) is aimed at front line practitioners in Birmingham who work with adults with care and support needs and will focus on discussion and sharing learning from a local Learning Disability Mortality Review (LeDeR).
The interactive session will look at a case study involving a citizen with learning disabilities and complex needs who has died.
The session will share key learning and outcomes from the case study.
The Forum will be facilitated by Katie Meah Senior LeDeR Reviewer NHS Birmingham and Solihull ICS.
